In February 2003, I started looking at various business opportunities as a way to bring in additional revenue, but now as a single mom it's how I take car of my family. Due to several health reasons which were brought on by a car accident, I quickly watched my 27 years of being a seamstress come to a close. I had several criteria for the business that I wanted to start and build. One of the main points was a business that would bring joy and happiness to others. In addition, it would have to be one that utilized my creative skills and push me to new levels of creative excellence.
After much prayer and research I settled on a company primarily focusing on Storks to announce a baby’s birth and Yard Cards that would be used to announce Birthdays, Anniversaries and other special occasions. Needless to say, Celebrate with Storks and Celebrate with Yard Cards holds a special place in my heart. This division of the Celebrate Family is where it all started. As time went on, balloons, gift baskets and diaper cakes have been added to the business. My mission is to bring joy and happiness to others; continues to be my motivation for expanding and growing our product line.
I'm more committed than ever to stay focused on our customers’ needs with a renewed vision to serve our community with integrity, give attention to detail on every order and exceeding expectations to create memories to last a lifetime. This is why my motto will always be “We Celebrate Life’s Special Events!”.
When not working on a new creation, you can find me enjoying time with my growing family. My son Chris and wife Delia have given birth to my first Grandchild-Abigail Lily Grace. The joy she has brought to our lives goes beyond words. In fact, Abigail is now 5 years old has welcomed her brother Elijah Simon James into her family and Elijah is now 4 years old.
In addition to Chris, I have three other children; Brandon who is a Sailor in the United States Navy and is stationed in Atsugi-shi, Kanagawa, Japan, I'm so proud of him. Danielle, is studding graphic design. Spencer who is in the 9th Grade. I'm so proud of them all and love them so much, it truly is an honor to be their Mother and Grammy.
