When should I place my order?
The sooner you call us to reserve your Yard Card, the better the chance the one you want will be available. We can meet any deadline, so don't worry if your calling at the last minute !!!
Can I move my yard card around?
Please do not move the items in your yard. Some of them have metal rods in them and we would not want your to get hurt or damage them. We really appreciate you taking care of the yard cards so others can enjoy them too.
Can I mow my Lawn when the yard card is in my yard?
We ask that you DO NOT mow when the yard card is in your yard!!
If you mow and move the signs, you will be charged for any damages to the signs.
Can children play with the items in the Yard Card?
Our yard cards are highly allergic to children!! PLEASE DO NOT allow children to play on the Marquee sign or play with the yard display as they both could become injured and damaged.
Many of them have metal rods that go through them, and they could be injured. You will be charged for and items that are broken or missing due to children playing with them. We are not responsible for any injuries due to children playing on yard displays. All of the displays are for rental only.
Is there a time when you can't set up my Yard Card?
From time to time in Oklahoma we are blessed with really high winds. There may be a time when the winds are just too strong, and it's not safe for us to set up your yard card. Some of the items in the yard cards can't with stand the high wind, and we might have to set it up the next day. We will set it up in the rain as long as it is not lightening, if it is we may have to delay the time a little to set it up.
What information do I need when placing my order?
You will need there address, phone number and if you can tell us anything special about the house or yard, maybe what kind of car will be in the driveway, it is helpful when we are in the dark looking for their house, sometime houses are not clearly marked with their address.
How will they know who the Yard Card is from?
All of our Yard Card Rental's come with a card to let them know who the surprise is from.
How far do you deliver a Yard Card?
Our delivery fee is $13.00-15.00 to Tulsa, Broken Arrow,
West Tulsa, Oklahoma Areas.
Broken Arrow Oklahoma 74014 Areas....$13.00-$15.00
$15.00-20.00 to Glenpool, Jenks, and Bixby, Oklahoma Areas.
$20.00-$25.00 to Owasso, Sapulpa, Sand Springs, Catoosa, and
Coweta, Oklahoma Areas.
How do I pay for my Yard Card?
We accept all major credit cards and if you make your reservations in advance you may mail in a check or make arrangement to come by our store and pay for it. All rentals must be paid in advance before we deliver.
When do you set up the Yard Card and take it down?
Yard Cards will be delivered and set up before 6:30 am. the day of the recipients birthday or special occasion, and will be picked up at 7:30pm. that day.
What do you put on the marquee sign?
You can choose a Special Message for the marquee sign or we have many ideas to choose from.
What days do you not deliver?
We are only closed 2 days out of the year and that is Thanksgiving
and Christmas day to spend time with our family.
All rentals must be paid in advance before we deliver.

What if I want to move the Stork?
Please do not attempt to move the stork. If it is necessary to move the stork please call us and we will move it for you.
Can I mow my Lawn when the Stork is nesting in my yard?
If you mow your yard during the stork rental period. Please be careful around the stork. Please avoid trimming close to the base of the stork and using a blower around it, it will damage the stork! We really appreciate you taking care of our storks so others can enjoy them too.
What if the Stork becomes damaged?
Our signs are durable . However if you notice that the stork becomes
damaged Please notify us immediately! Our storks are not designed to withstand children climbing on them. For your child's safety, please do not let them play on or near the sign. We are not responsible for any injuries due to children playing on the Stork.
Does someone need to be home when the Stork arrives?
It would be nice if someone can meet us there so that you can take the balloon bouquet inside, so that it will still be nice when mommy comes home.
What information do I need when placing my order?
You may make a reservation in advance to guarantee a stork is available for you. Then have someone call us a soon as baby arrives to let us know the correct spelling of the baby's first and middle name, weight, height and date of birth.(There will be an additional charge of $13.00 to change the keepsake star, if the information is not correct) We will be glad to do it. We also need there address, phone number and if they have a sprinkler system in the yard.
How will they know who the Stork is from?

What about the Stork during severe weather or a storm?
From time to time in Oklahoma we are blessed with really high winds. During severe or days with very strong wind we ask that you remove the bundle so that it will not brake or damage your star. If the weather is bad for the whole day, just call us and we will be happy to add and extra day to your rental
